Sgt. Jerry Hightower is the SRO and CHAMPS instructor for all Pulaski County Schools.  Sgt. Hightower provides security for all Pulaski County Schools and home sporting events.  Sgt. Hightower's main concern is keeping the classroom a place where Pulaski County students can learn and get an education without fear of violence.  Sgt. Hightower is also the school CHAMPS instructor providing instruction to students about making health life choices.  Sgt.
