The Criminal Investigations Division of the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office, led by Investigator Billy Clark, provide citizens of Pulaski County with a dedicated officer to investigate crimes that include but are not limited to theft, robbery, burglary, illegal drug activity, assault, and homicide.  They are assisted by patrol deputies and available on call 24 hours a day.
